RE-OPENING THE HOUSING MARKET

We were delighted to see the latest information regarding the re-opening of the Housing Market, made by the Government this morning.

Whilst this was very welcome news, it is of paramount importance for us to process this information and guidance carefully to ensure we have the correct procedures in place to ensure everyone’s safety and observe the appropriate social distancing, hygiene and other measures, as required. We are in the process of finalising our Risk Assessments and putting together an appropriate Operating Procedure.

We anticipate that viewings of vacant properties will commence very shortly. To ensure the safety of vendors and their families, our staff and viewers, we will be contacting each of our vendors in occupation and viewings will be very much at the owner’s discretion. Where vendors are self isolating these properties will not available to view

Our team will be pleased to attend valuations provided the correct safeguards are in place.
