Following the latest government announcement our office will remain closed, until further guidance for estate agents is published. However, as ever, we are still very much OPEN remotely and maintaining (within current constraints) the high level of service you would normally expect from us. We have full access to our email, telephone and management systems and we are available to assist with any area of business, giving advice and updates that do not involve face-to-face meetings. As you would expect, for everyone’s safety, we are not permitted to conduct viewings or valuations in person, at present. If you would like a ‘DESK TOP VALUATION’ on your property please contact us.
After the amazing collective efforts we have all made to stay safe, we are committed to seeing this through, until we can safely operate again, keeping the health and well being of clients and staff at the forefront of our minds. We are already working on plans to enable us to return to work, as soon as we are advised we can, whilst fully respecting the advice on social distancing, personal protective equipment and other appropriate measures as advised. We recognise that buying home is not something that can be done by ‘virtually’ and you need to step inside to ‘feel the love’!
We are ready to help and it is in situations such as this where experience really counts. Some things, however, don't change - we still love to talk about property!

UPDATE Nov 2020: WE ARE OPEN! In a message to the industry, the Minister for Housing, Communities and Local Government has said that "Buying, selling and renting a home can continue, in a COVID-secure way, as it has in recent months. Estate and letting agents can operate, show homes and sales suites can remain open and property viewings, mortgage valuations and surveys can take place." See our NEWS for more information.
