FREEDOM DAY UPDATE

FREEDOM DAY UPDATE

Since the very beginning of the pandemic our number one priority has been the safety of our vendors, buyers, our team and the wider community.

Now we are at ‘Freedom Day’ and all that brings with it, we have spent time, as a team, working out the next best steps for everyone connected with Seldons Estate Agents.  Our goal, as ever, is to remain open and ensure people can buy and sell their homes, which in itself, can be a life changing event!

As much as we all welcome the relaxation of restrictions and want to return to living normally, in the current circumstances, we must also remain cautious and watchful. We are very pleased that all our staff are double vaccinated, but you will likely have read about the rapidly increasing infection rates, not expected to peak until mid-August and the operational challenges caused by staff having to self isolate. These challenges mean we will continue to take a prudent approach by keeping some of our measures in place.

We will be requesting everyone to continues to wear face coverings and sanitises their hands both in the office and on appointments. We will also ask people to observe social distancing as far as they possibly can.

Of course, we ask that if you have any symptoms, have tested positive or have had contact with a case, that you delay your visit to us. If that happens, please email us enquiries@seldonsestateagents.co.uk or call 01237 477997.

We will review all our procedures on an ongoing basis and whilst we remain focused on providing the best possible service while you are buying/selling your home we also politely request that you be considerate and respectful our staff by following our requirements above.

We are very proud and thankful of the way that our team has all adapted to the frequent changes and challenges thrown at them during these difficult times and we remain committed to “Going the Extra Mile” and providing the best possible home moving experience.

Whilst we delighted that COVID cases finally seem to be falling, we will continue to take a prudent approach by keeping some of our safety measures in place, including the wearing of face coverings, please.
