If you have any questions please do not hesitate to contact us and discuss your requirements with one of our conveyancing team. Selling a property
Buying a property
Meanwhile, on your behalf ………

We will study the contract package, ensuring that the property has a good legal title, request any additional information from the seller’s solicitors that we consider is necessary and carry out our searches which will include a search with the local authority, a water and drainage search and environmental search. Please note that the search results will relate to the property that you are purchasing and not to neighbouring properties or land.

When we have completed our searches and enquiries we will send to you a report contract together with the purchase contract/agreement for you to sign.
