What will be in the contract package?

This will contain the contract, which is a legal document and gives details of the property you are to purchase, matters affecting it together with the terms agreed between you and the seller. The package will also contain a property information form and fixtures fittings and contents form, both completed by the seller giving information relating to the property and those items of fixtures and fittings which are included in the sale.
