I have found a property and agreed a price - what do I do next?

If you have not already been in touch with us, call us as soon as possible either by telephone to discuss your property purchase with on of our conveyancing specialists or by completing the instructions form in the relevant form section of this website.

The estate agent will notify the seller and buyer’s solicitors of the agreed terms and we will request draft contract papers from the seller’s solicitors. We will also confirm to you in writing our instructions to act on your behalf on your purchase and ask you to let us have monies on account of search fees.
