David Dark FRICS FNAEA - Chartered Surveyor & Head of Estate Agency
David joined the firm in 1991 to set up and head the Estate Agency Department. Born in Bideford, and educated at the Grammar School, he has over 33 years knowledge of North Devon property. First qualified in 1981, he was elected a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in January 2000. He has considerable experience of both residential and commercial property transactions and all types of professional valuations for private and corporate clients, including leading Banks and Building Societies. David also undertakes the regular auction sales on behalf of the firm.
