Born in Bideford, and educated at the Grammar School, he has over 30 years knowledge of North Devon property. First qualified in 1981, he was elected a fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors in January 2000. He has considerable experience of both residential and commercial property transactions and all types of professional valuations for private and corporate clients, including leading Banks and Building Societies. He was one of the first local surveyors to achieve SAVA accreditation, approving the quality of his survey and valuation reports. David also undertakes the regular auction sales on behalf of the firm.
